Directions to Fields

 

Highlands – Harrison Hills

Take Route 28 North to Exit 16 (Freeport).  Turn RIGHT at the end of the ramp.

You will pass a BP station. Go through a set of blinking yellow traffic lights. Pass Charapp Ford on your left.

When you reach an intersection with blinking red traffic lights, make a RIGHT turn onto Freeport Road (old 28).

Travel south on Freeport Road. After about ¾ mile you will see the sign for Harrison Hills Park. Make a LEFT turn from Freeport Road into the Park.  When you enter the park, stay to your RIGHT.  Follow the road all the way to the parking lot at the end. Look for a sign for Highlands Area Soccer Club.  Follow the sign onto a gravel road which will take you to the fields.

 

Avonworth – Lenzer Field

Take 28 South to 279 N/East Ohio Street exit.  At the second light, turn
right onto Madison Ave.  Follow the signs to merge onto 279N.  Follow 279
North to exit 15 Camp Horne Rd.  At the end of the ramp stay in the middle
lane, turn left onto Camp Horne Rd.  At the second light, turn right onto
Joseph's Lane.  At the top of the hill, the high school will be on the
right; just past the high school the stadium will be on the right.
 

TwinBoro Riverside

Field is on 3rd Street along the Allegheny River, just behind the Riverview High School building as you come across the Hulton Bridge (Yellow Belt) into Oakmont. Take your first right after crossing the bridge immediately after the High School, that is 3rd St. Go down 100 yards, field is on your right. If you are coming from the North on 910 follow the yellow belt across the bridge. If you are coming from North on Rt28 take exit 9 Blawnox and follow Freeport Road to the bridge. If you are coming from the Turnpike, go to the Allegheny Valley exit.  Bear to the right once you are out of the toll booth.  This will put you on Freeport road headed towards Pittsburgh.  You will go about 1-2 miles when you’ll see the Hulton Bridge on your left.  Turn left onto the bridge and follow the directions above. 

 

 

North Hills – Reis Run Road

From Pittsburgh

Take 279 North to Camp Horn Road Exit. At the traffic light, turn right (green belt). Continue on green belt (you will pass Green Valley Golf Course, 84 Lumber & a Sunoco gas station on your right).  Once you pass the Sunoco, you will come to a "Y" in the road. Bear left at the "Y"(this is still the green belt). Go straight at the Stop Sign and you will come to a traffic light (Sir Pizza on right).  Make a left at the light onto Reis Run Road. Travel approximately .9 miles up the hill and you will see a sign for the park on your right.  Make a SHARP RIGHT into the park.

OR

From Route 8 (Turnpike Exit)

South on 8 until light at Wildwood Road (Boston Market & BP station on your left) . Turn right onto Wildwood Road (Yellow Belt) and follow through North Park to intersection of Rt. 19. Cross over Rt. 19 and continue on Yellow Belt through one traffic light and 3 stop signs (this will be quite a distance). Go straight through the last stop sign and travel approximately 1.5 miles. Reis Run Field will be on your left.
